NYC | Polygon Studios Immersive Saloon
in partnership with Arcadia Earth
My words
A three-day, fully immersive Polygon ecosystem—built to be explored, not attended.
I led the strategy, planning, and production of a three-day takeover of Arcadia Earth NYC, converting a 3-story immersive venue into an always-on hub for gaming, entertainment, and digital culture.
This activation was designed as parallel experiences running simultaneously, not a linear event schedule. Each day was dually programmed:
Daytime focused on panels, workshops, and intimate salons with founders, developers, and creatives across gaming, entertainment, and art collectives.
Evenings shifted into exclusive game content reveals, playable demos, and curated KOL and influencer meet-and-greets—many featuring content never shown publicly before.
The venue was intentionally designed with no passive space. Every floor and transition point included an activation—installations, playable experiences, live content moments, or spontaneous creator interactions—encouraging movement, discovery, and sustained engagement across all three days.
Delivering this experience required coordinating 70+ speakers and 54 partner companies and startups, managing concurrent programming across multiple floors, and aligning brand, content, and community objectives into a single, cohesive narrative. The result felt less like a conference and more like a living Polygon world—one where builders, creators, and attendees actively participated rather than spectated.
